GuruJi Vacations Cancellation & Refund
CANCELLATION
Cancellation is only accepted for major reasons. Guests must submit a written request with a
valid reason for cancellation. Since all services are prepaid, a cancellation fee will apply.
The refund will be processed after the deduction of our service charges as per below rates and
may take 7 to 15 days or may more according to nature of service.
REFUND POLICY
- 60% of the total tour cost will be reimbursed if cancellation is made 60 to 31 days before arrival.
- If cancellation is made from 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total tour cost will be refunded.
- 25% of the total tour cost will be refunded for cancellations made from 14 days to 07 days prior to arrival.
- There will be no refund for cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival.
- Refund for Flight or Train Ticket will be processed according to the airlines policy after deducting our service charge.
- The refund process may take from 02 to 04 weeks.
- Bank charges will be applied to the refund amount and will be deducted accordingly.
