To confirm your booking with us, we only need 30% of the total tour cost, as well as the full flight/train fare (if applicable), as an advance payment. You can choose to make the advance payment through bank transfers, Western Union Money Transfer, NEFT, or wire transfer to our official bank account. So, what are you waiting for? Upon receipt of the deposit, we will proceed with booking your Tour services such as hotel accommodations,
transportation, train tickets, flights, and other services outlined in the package. Once we have received confirmation from
the service providers, we will send you an email with the status of your service confirmation.
The remaining 50% of the balance will be required upon your arrival in India or on your first day
of arrival for domestic guests. You can choose to settle the balance through bank transfer, cash, or online.
A company representative will be waiting for you at the arrival point, displaying a placard with your name on it. They will then introduce you to the driver, help you with the transfer to the hotel, assist with the check-in process, and provide you with all the essential travel documents. In case the representative is not available at subsequent destinations, your tour driver will take care of the arrival transfer.

After the tour confirmation and booking done amendments can’t be possible, however on your requirement it would be done that may incur additional supplement charges.

Government policies are not within our jurisdiction and therefore, in the event of any increase in entrance fees for monuments, taxes, or guide charges after confirming a tour, these additional costs will be passed on to you. Occasionally, various factors such as weather, road conditions, and the physical capabilities of participants may limit our options, necessitating a change in the itinerary for safety, comfort, and overall well-being.
We kindly ask that you complete all necessary insurance requirements from your home country before beginning your Tour. Insurance is essential for recovering losses due to theft or any other unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, we recommend that guests obtain this insurance from their home country.

However due to heavy number of calls during peak travel seasons ( April-June & Oct to March) for the guest who are on board we are available them for 24x7 anytime during their tour. For the guests whose tour has not started or want to have a general enquiry our line are open from 9 am to 6 pm in the evening for them.
